Lisa Wragg - Event Emcee

Nurse Continence Specialist

Lisa Wragg has 35 years’ experience working as a Nurse Continence Specialist and is the Director of Continence First P/L, which has been operational since 2018. Her highly successful continence assessment and management service works with participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), recipients of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care Programs (STRC), Transport Accident Commission (multiple states), Workcover and private clients.

Lisa’s breadth of continence experience spans the life cycle working with children, teens and adults with complex disabilities, spinal cord injuries, behavioural and trauma related continence issues that are associated with bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Lisa has contributed extensively to this area of medicine, authoring multiple publications and chairing multiple steering committees relating to the development and review of continence resource information, online education programs, credentialing and customer care service delivery models for continence and urological care.

Kerrie Coleman

Nurse Practitioner - DipApScN, BN, MN Wound, MN NP Chronic Disease, Grad Cert Research

Kerrie Coleman is an experienced Nurse Practitioner specialising in wound management, chronic disease care, and clinical education. With over 40 years in nursing and nearly 35 years dedicated to wound management, she has worked extensively across tertiary hospitals in Queensland and New South Wales, including establishing the Skin Integrity Service at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

Kerrie is the founder of All Wrapped Up Nursing, providing specialist wound consultancy services to aged care and community settings. She is recognised for her expertise in hard-to-heal wounds, wound education, and healthcare workforce development, delivering education programs and guest lectures across a range of healthcare sectors and universities.

An award-winning clinician and educator, Kerrie received the Ian McFarlane Award for nursing excellence in 2012 and 2016. She has contributed to research and publications focused on wound healing, compression therapy, pressure injuries, and skin integrity, and is co-author/editor of A Practical Guide for Maintaining Skin Integrity.


Leanne Morton

Clinical Nurse Consultant Urology

Leanne Morton has worked as a Clinical Nurse Consultant Urology - Continence Nurse Advisor as part of the Urology team at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for over 35 years. In her role, Leanne has amassed an extensive range of skills and knowledge across the field of Urology.

Her areas of interest include urethral stricture disease, prostate cancer, bladder dysfunction and catheter care. Leanne has developed and implemented several nurse-led clinics to improve access to care.


Lauren Cummings

Occupational Therapist and Founder of Back in My Body Therapies

Lauren Cummings is an Occupational Therapist and Somatic Sexologist committed to inclusive, rights-based, and sex-positive healthcare. As the founder of Back in My Body Therapies, Lauren works at the intersection of sexuality, mental health and disability, supporting individuals to reconnect with their bodies, their pleasure, and their sexual expression.

Lauren brings a unique clinical lens to sexuality and the body, drawing on somatic approaches, occupational therapy frameworks, and psychosexual therapy to help her clients understand and reclaim their sexuality. She is passionate about equipping healthcare professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and sexual literacy to hold space for their clients in this under-addressed and important domain of holistic healthcare.
