Jenny Cavanagh

Jenny is an experienced wound care specialist with a background in generalist nursing from the Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children, Sydney. Her passion for wound care began during a rotation in the Burns Unit, leading her to attend the first-ever H.E.M.I intensive wound care course.
She has held leadership roles with Wounds Australia (NSW), the Wound Care Association of NSW, and the Australian & New Zealand Burns Association. A sought-after speaker, Jenny has presented nationally and internationally and won the first ever British Burns Nurses Prize. She has contributed to published books and industry guidelines and led award-winning healthcare innovations.
For 23 years, Jenny has worked in community healthcare, advocating for best-practice wound care. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing and volunteering with the NSW Rural Fire Service.
Jake Abbott
Clinical Psychology Registrar
Jake adopts a holistic perspective, recognising the profound impact that physical health can have on mental health, and vice versa.
With a specific interest in trauma, Jake is interested in the intricate relationship between physical and mental well-being and has extensive experience working with diverse demographics, including young people, families facing significant crises, and adults dealing with various presenting problems.
Jake has completed advanced training in EMDR, contributed to ACU’s Undergraduate Psychology program through various teaching roles and has a particular interest in working with first responders.
Lisa Wragg
Nurse Continence Specialist
Lisa Wragg has 35 years’ experience working as a Nurse Continence Specialist and is the Director of Continence First P/L, which has been operational since 2018. Her highly successful continence assessment and management service works with participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), recipients of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care Programs (STRC), Transport Accident Commission (multiple states), Workcover and private clients.
Lisa’s breadth of continence experience spans the life cycle working with children, teens and adults with complex disabilities, spinal cord injuries, behavioural and trauma related continence issues that are associated with bladder and bowel dysfunction.
Lisa has contributed extensively to this area of medicine, authoring multiple publications and chairing multiple steering committees relating to the development and review of continence resource information, online education programs, credentialing and customer care service delivery models for continence and urological care.
Frances Walker

With a passion for helping individuals take control of their gut health Frances (Fran) Walker is a highly experienced dietitian specialising in food intolerances, particularly FODMAPs, salicylates, and amines. Through a holistic, evidence-based approach, Fran heads a thriving Private Practice with a sole focus: food sensitivities. Fran works with clients around Australia and overseas whose gut and food issues often don't respond to conventional dietary practices. With a deep understanding of complex food sensitivity issues, Fran empowers clients to regain control of their lives by restoring balance and providing dietary solutions
