Lisa Wragg

Nurse Continence Specialist

Lisa Wragg has 35 years’ experience working as a Nurse Continence Specialist and is the Director of Continence First P/L, which has been operational since 2018. Her highly successful continence assessment and management service works with participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), recipients of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care Programs (STRC), Transport Accident Commission (multiple states), Workcover and private clients.

Lisa’s breadth of continence experience spans the life cycle working with children, teens and adults with complex disabilities, spinal cord injuries, behavioural and trauma related continence issues that are associated with bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Lisa has contributed extensively to this area of medicine, authoring multiple publications and chairing multiple steering committees relating to the development and review of continence resource information, online education programs, credentialing and customer care service delivery models for continence and urological care.

Rachel Wayman

Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Consultant for Continence

Rachel has a background in chronic and complex care as a community nurse. Her experience includes the management of urinary catheter clinics for men and women, continence clinics for women and children, complex wound care, palliative care and chronic illness support in the New South Wales public health system and supporting and educating staff in New South Wales Aged Care Facilities.

Rachel is currently a professional mentor with APNA and a Clinical Facilitator for Continence Health Australia. She regularly attends professional education run by peak industry bodies, constantly upskilling and ensuring best practice is at the forefront of her performance.

Rachel has a passionate interest in holistic care, focussing on the person - recognising that continuity is often the key to people feeling safe and confident their care is in good hands.

Gina Wilks

Clinical Nurse Consultant

Gina is a highly experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant with over 20 years in clinical practice and education across general practice, paediatrics, and intensive care. She is the founder of GainEd Nursing, where she leads a dedicated team supporting people with complex, high intensity care needs in the community.

Renowned for her collaborative and innovative approach, Gina specialises in complex care management including enteral feeding (including gastrostomy) troubleshooting, tracheostomy, BIPAP, and suctioning. She ensures individuals and their families are empowered with the skills and support to self manage wherever possible.

Clients value Gina’s expertise, attention to detail, and personalised care plans tailored to each person’s unique needs. Passionate about mentorship, she also fosters growth and excellence within her team, ensuring the highest standards of evidence based care.

Anita Brown-Major

Occupational Therapist and Founder of Thrive Rehab

Anita Brown-Major is an Occupational Therapist with more than 27 years’ experience and a commitment to inclusive, sex-positive healthcare. She is the co-creator of Cliterate, a 3D anatomical model designed with RMIT Industrial Design to make vulval and clitoral anatomy and physiology easier for everyone to understand. The model is now used widely in education and clinical settings to promote accurate, accessible, and empowering sexual health knowledge.

Anita is also an active member of the International Cliterati and a respected educator known for making complex concepts clear, engaging, and relevant to everyday life, intimacy, and pleasure.
