Lisa Wragg - Event Emcee
Nurse Continence Specialist
Lisa Wragg has 35 years’ experience working as a Nurse Continence Specialist and is the Director of Continence First P/L, which has been operational since 2018. Her highly successful continence assessment and management service works with participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), recipients of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care Programs (STRC), Transport Accident Commission (multiple states), Workcover and private clients.
Lisa’s breadth of continence experience spans the life cycle working with children, teens and adults with complex disabilities, spinal cord injuries, behavioural and trauma related continence issues that are associated with bladder and bowel dysfunction.
Lisa has contributed extensively to this area of medicine, authoring multiple publications and chairing multiple steering committees relating to the development and review of continence resource information, online education programs, credentialing and customer care service delivery models for continence and urological care.
Anita Brown-Major
Occupational Therapist and Founder of Thrive Rehab
Anita Brown-Major is an Occupational Therapist with more than 27 years’ experience and a commitment to inclusive, sex-positive healthcare. She is the co-creator of Cliterate, a 3D anatomical model designed with RMIT Industrial Design to make vulval and clitoral anatomy and physiology easier for everyone to understand. The model is now used widely in education and clinical settings to promote accurate, accessible, and empowering sexual health knowledge.
Anita is also an active member of the International Cliterati and a respected educator known for making complex concepts clear, engaging, and relevant to everyday life, intimacy, and pleasure.
Janie Thompson
Nurse Continence Specialist
Janie is a Nurse Continence Specialist who has been working in the continence field for over 30 years. She is currently a clinical continence content writer for Continence Health Australia where she is the principal writer the Advanced Practice Continence Nursing Course that will be launched in July 2026.
Janie was previously the manager of the National Continence Helpline for Continence Health Australia. The National Continence Helpline is an Australian government funded, free and confidential phone advice service manned by Nurse Continence Specialist. Janie has spent the majority of her career with the Alfred Health Continence Service where she was the service manager. This included providing comprehensive continence assessment, treatment and management to community based clients as well as inpatient continence support.
Janie has been involved in continence related research and publications. She has been involved in the support and professional development of Nurse Continence Specialists through various committee roles. She is currently a member of the International Continence Society’s Nursing Committee
Dr Chloe Jansz
Nurse Practitioner / CDE - Director of Nursing Healthcare United
Dr Chloe is Nurse Practitioner endorsed in acute, aged and primary care. Dr Chloe was recognised by the Australian Government in the Stronger Medicare Award for her contributions through Healthcare United in community and primary healthcare.
Chloe’s aim is to bridge the gap of access to healthcare through collaboratively providing quality healthcare and decrease the burden of disease in complex health needs, through support and education to all from fellow nurses, students and industry partners.
Chloe empowers and leads the new generation of healthcare professionals by lecturing at a range of universities, accepting clinical placements and being a keynote speaker both nationally and internationally. Chloe has completed her PhD in VLUs. Chloe is excited to impart some of the knowledge with attendees taking you through a patient’s VLU journey.
