Teresa Tay
Nurse Practitioner in Chronic/Complex Care
Originally from Singapore as a business consultant, I had the privilege to be trained as a volunteer medical officer with Singapore’s International Foundation, travelling to various countries around the world assisting doctors with medical work. I arrived in Australia hoping to have a change in career and pursued my studies in Nursing. Never thought I would get there!! Fast forward 20 years later, I am now a Nurse Practitioner with a meta speciality in Chronic and Complex Care, advocating and nursing patients in the whole of WA.
A proud member of APNA and ACNP, I am a contributing member in their advisory committee and an active SIG committee member for WA and NSW with the Australia and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society. I have a deep passion in patient advocacy and best practice.
It’s not all work and no play. I love deep sea fishing and any outdoor activities that come my way. My remote work around WA allows me the flexibility to provide nursing services and at the same time enjoy the beautiful WA.
