SASI Art Show & Competition Conditions of Entry
Entry:
- The SASI Art show is for artists who are members of the disability community.
- The entry fee is $10 per art piece.
- This entry form must be completed, and the terms and conditions must be signed.
- Artists must be 16 years and over.
Artworks:
- Artwork must be the original artwork of the artist nominated.
- If you wish to sell your artwork, it must be indicated on the entry form along with the sale price – If no price is nominated it will not be for sale.
- The gallery - Cube37 will take a 25% commission on any artwork sold – please factor this into your price.
- By entering the SASI Art Show & Competition, authority is given to use images of your entry for promotional purposes.
- Pictures of the artists and their families may also be taken during the opening night.
Art delivery and collection:
- Items will be accepted from 10:00 am Monday 25 August until 4:00 pm Thursday 25th September 2025. Please note that the deadline is 25/09 the day before of the Grand Final Public Holiday.
- All Artworks need to be Delivered to:
- No late entries will be accepted.
- Artworks must be ready for display and include ‘D’ hooks and wire for hanging.
- Entries not ready for display WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Artwork pieces need to be collected from 13 Sir Laurence Drive between 06 November to 28 Nov between 10am and 4pm.
Submission Form:
By entering the SASI Art Show & Competition you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
- Entries must be submitted and artwork delivered by 25/09/2025 to 13 Sir Laurence Drive, Seaford VIC 3198.
- Artwork must be the original artwork of the artist nominated.
- The gallery - Cube37 will take a 25% commission on any artwork sold.
- By entering the SASI Art Show & Competition, authority is given to use images of your entry for promotional purposes.
- Photographs may be taken during the Opening Night of the artists and their families.
- The Art Show organisers may not include all entries in the event.
- Attendees of the opening night of the SASI Art Show will have the opportunity to vote for the People’s Choice Award.
- Awards will be presented at the opening night event held on Thursday 2nd October @ Cube37 between 6pm and 8pm RSVP required.
- The SASI Art Show & Competition organisers will have the final say on the competition winners and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Any information collected from you will be stored safely and not shared with anyone else.
- No late entries will be accepted.
